Upon joining one of our programmes, you値l begin your career with our global training programme. This introduction will also allow you the opportunity to meet, work and socialise with other new analysts from around the world.

On return to your local office, you値l get to grips with professional projects, whilst we provide you with a grounding in all of the tools, techniques and work practices you値l need to succeed.

As a penultimate year student, we offer you the opportunity to gain an insight into Merrill Lynch through our nine-week summer programme. This is an opportunity to meet management, analysts, and other interns through a range of networking activities.

Prior to your penultimate year, you can also compete with a team of colleagues from your university by taking the Merrill Lynch Challenge. The finalist teams participate in a one-week programme in London.
